Please note that each of our totes is handmade and may have slight variations in color tone and size from those pictured on our website.  Additionally, your purchase includes a lovely handmade silk flower which tends to be very fragile in nature.  Due to the availability of these pieces, sometimes the same flower that is pictured is not available.  However, every effort is made to find a perfect match for the style of your tote.

 

Shipping

 

All of our totes are shipped within the continental United States by UPS Ground and take approximately 5-7 business days for delivery.  All in stock merchandise will be shipped the same week you place and pay for your order.  A confirmation email will be sent to you once your tote has shipped and payment cleared.  Totes are shipped from Culver City, CA and an 8.25% is added for California Sales Tax.

 

We currently do not offer International Shipping.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

 

All returns are subject to prior approval and original shipping charges will not be refunded.  Return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense.  If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.  We will schedule an inspection with UPS and the merchandise will be returned to Artistic Bliss Designs.  Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will either issue you a refund or replace it upon request.
